Licensed Medicare Specialist
Jenny is Inverness Health’s Lead Medicare Specialist. With a BA in Business Administration and 15 years in Real Estate/Title, she transitioned to healthcare in 2020 to help clients navigate Medicare with confidence. She provides one-on-one education, evaluates plan options, and coordinates T65 transitions within group plans.
Originally from Colorado’s Western Slope, Jenny has been married for over 20 years and stays busy with her two kids. A lifelong golfer who competed at Southwestern College, Jenny brings the same focus and patience required to play a great round to every client she serves.
Tina Shockey
Director of Client Services
Tina is the primary advocate for our clients, known for making complex benefits feel clear and manageable. She simplifies the entire group insurance experience—from onboarding and annual enrollment to claims issues and newhire education—so employers and employees feel cared for every step of the way. With a warm, practical approach, Tina bridges carrier language and realworld needs, coordinating details and resolving issues quickly. Her goal is simple: ensure every interaction delivers clarity, confidence, and a better benefits experience.
Vincent Sweet
Director of Group Benefits
Vincient brings a service-first mindset shaped by a 20-year culinary career, transitioning into insurance to help people navigate health coverage with confidence. At Inverness Health, he focuses on Medicare planning and helping small businesses design benefits that truly care for their people. He guides owners to align coverage with mission, culture, and budget—so teams feel supported, and leaders gain clarity. Licensed in Life & Health, LongTerm Care, and Annuities, and certified in Medicare Planning, Vincient is a steady guide for plan selection, employee education, and one-on-one support.
Outside of work, Vincient enjoys spending quality time with his family, expanding his knowledge, and playing music with his kids.

Mike founded Inverness Health to connect physical wellbeing with thoughtful benefits design, believing a company’s most valuable asset is its people. A longtime Denver professional, he brings a values-driven approach to health insurance—moving beyond “getting quotes” to building plans that support retention, productivity, and long-term stability. Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), which strengthens his strategic perspective on cost, compliance, and plan design.
Outside the office, you’ll find Mike enjoying life in Colorado—often exploring the outdoors or spending time with family in the place he proudly calls home.
